Cree Law and the Duty to Assist in the Present Day

Dr. David Milward has written a compelling and controversial paper about Cree Law and social responsibility that we would like to highlight from the latest Manitoba Law Journal. He writes that the "article is the first attempt... to engage with [this] particular stream of scholarship." Needless to say the paper received tremendous interest in review and now in publication.
